چکیده
Appropriate addition of phosphate salt in food can improve the quality and taste. However, extensive intake may lead to some human diseases such as hyperphosphatemia renal insufficiency. Thus, it is essential establish a cost-effective, convenient, sensitive, selective method for monitoring ion (Pi) ensure control. In this work, Co-based metal-organic frameworks (Co-MOF) nanomaterial with dual functions (peroxidase-like activity specific recognition) was designed acting catalytic chromogenic platform sensitive detection Pi. The Co2+ nodes not only provide high enzyme-like catalyze 3,3′,5,5′--tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate blue oxTMB (652 nm) but also act sites Pi recognition. use cationic organic ligands (2-methylimidazole) metal ions (Co2+) endows Co-MOF strong positive surface charge, which beneficial capture negative-charged dramatically suppressed TMB oxidation. When exists, specifically adsorbs onto through Co-O-P bond electrostatic interaction, leading change charge on Co-MOF. peroxidase-like thus restrained, causing different effect oxidation from that without Based principle, colorimetric assay established rapid A good linear relationship obtained between concentration absorbance at 652 nm, range 0.009–0.144 mg/L limit 5.4 μg/L. proposed applied determination actual samples recoveries 92.2–108% relative standard deviations (RSDs) 2.7–7.3%, illustrating promising practicality analysis.

Catalytic Aerobic Oxidation of Alkenes by Ag@Metal Organic Framework with High Catalytic Activity and Selectivity
By coupling of Fe2O3@SiO2 particles with metal organic Framework (MOF) the magnetic MOF structure was fabricated. Precipitation and hydrothermal methods were applied for synthesis of core and MOF. Silver nanoparticles were deposited on nickel based metal organic framework surface and magnetic Fe2O3@SiO2@MOF@Ag was obtained. Because of strong coupling between silver nanoparticles and metal organ...
متن کاملPeroxidase-like activity of chitosan stabilized silver nanoparticles for visual and colorimetric detection of glucose.
Chitosan stabilized silver nanoparticles (Ch-Ag NPs) were successfully synthesized by a one-step method and were found to possess intrinsic peroxidase-like activity, could catalytically oxidize substrates, such as TMB, and OPD, by H(2)O(2) to produce a typical colour reaction such as from colorless to blue for TMB and from colorless to red for OPD. Our results demonstrate that the Ch-Ag NPs exh...

Atomistic structure of cobalt-phosphate nanoparticles for catalytic water oxidation.
Solar-driven water splitting is a key photochemical reaction that underpins the feasible and sustainable production of solar fuels. An amorphous cobalt-phosphate catalyst (Co-Pi) based on earth-abundant elements has been recently reported to efficiently promote water oxidation to protons and dioxygen, a main bottleneck for the overall process. The structure of this material remains largely unkn...
متن کاملFeCo nanoparticles-embedded carbon nanofibers as robust peroxidase mimics for sensitive colorimetric detection of l-cysteine.
A simple and low cost detection of l-cysteine is essential in the fields of biosensors and medical diagnosis. In this study, we have developed a simple electrospinning, followed by calcination process to prepare FeCo nanoparticles embedded in carbon nanofibers (FeCo-CNFs) as an efficient peroxidase-like mimic for the detection of l-cysteine. FeCo nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed within CNF...
